Enjoy the football experience of a lifetime with our Elite Pro-Experience Train at West Ham United Foundation International Academy and experience the professional training methods that have made elite players worldwide.

With the Choices Day Camp Programme, participants will have a chance to build self- confidence and to participate in team building activities. We want to ensure students enjoy their summer stay with us and to learn useful skills for the future. We create a warm, fun and safe environment for players, within excellent facilities.

What is your level of football?

Day camp participants can choose between different options:

● High Performance: For participants who are playing for a club or are highly skilled. Players can pursue the highest potential, focused on technical, tactical, team preparation and performance analysis plus injury prevention.
● English Course plus Football: 15 hours of football training plus 12 hours of English classes per week.
● Development Programme: designed to involve participants to practice and learn all footballing abilities.
● Goalkeeping Programme: specialised position training with unique drills & coaching insight. This programme is available in July from 4th July to 30th July 2022
● This programme runs from Monday to Friday

English language teaching

Our programme is accredited by the British Council to guarantee the highest quality of service in English classes. Language tuition uses a fun, participative approach to learning and emphasises spoken language skills within a football context. Students receive 12 hours of English lessons per week, in classes of a maximum size of 15 students. Students are tested on arrival and placed with other students of approximately the same level.
In addition to the use of the latest video analysis technology and training techniques, participants will have the opportunity to participate in our Pro-Experience seminars,
delivered by West Ham United Foundation’s staff and covering areas including Scouting/Player identification, Nutrition and Physical Conditioning and other specialist areas. During the course participants will have visits from a Professionalor Youth Academy player from West Ham United who will share their expertise and knowledge of the professional sports world. A personal football assessment will be given at the end of the programme.

Weekly programme schedule includes:

● 5-days training at West Ham United Stadium training complex, 15 hours of training
● 12 hours of English classes (if requested)
● West Ham United Foundation training kits
● 1 half-day West Ham United Stadium Tour
● Medical Insurance
● Personal football assessment
● Seminar and video analysis
● Personal development plan
● Weekly seminars delivered by West Ham United Foundation covering all sports fields
● 1 half-day excursion to Wembley Stadium for 2-weeks students
● Daily transfer to training facilities by coach
● 1 full-day (London Tour) for 2-week students
● Free, supervised internet access
● All students will receive their West Ham United Foundation certificate and a progress report from their coaches at West Ham United Stadium in a player ́s closing ceremony
● High performance / Development programme will include 19 hours of football training

The camp is open to boys and girls of all nationalities and that if they need documentation to apply for a visa Choices will send a letter stating that they have booked on the programme.
In addition, for those enrolled in High Performance they have to send a letter of recommendation from their coach or be federated and playing in a football club or academy with their application.

Registration Fee £150 - MANDATORY

* Goalkeeping training is available from 3rd July to 21st July 2024
* Girls training programme is only available from 3rd June to 21st July 2024
● Day Camp Programme runs from Monday to Friday. Consists of 15 hours of football per week and
incorporates practical training on skills and tactics.
● Arrivals are on the Sunday prior to the course start date. Departures are on Friday.
● It is compulsory to bring the original passport to the camp. The document will be kept by Choices staff.
PROGRAMME MEETING POINT - UNIVERSITY OF EAST LONDON
● Drop off: Drop off time is 9:30 a.m.
● Pick up: Pick up time is 6:00 p.m.
●Students must check in at the residence on the Sunday prior to the course
start date.
