THE ACADEMY: This training experience enables young players to experience the passion and English style of play at a top professional Premier League side – Fulham F.C.

The Fulham F.C. Academy is an important part of the club’s culture, with homegrown talents like Johnny Haynes, George Cohen, Paul Parker and Sean Davis rising through the ranks to first team status. Over 30 players have followed this trajectory, from Academy player to first team regular, since the 2011/12 season alone. The club’s dedication to developing young talent is shown in its recent renovation of the Motspur Park Training Ground for the Academy. Its focus is on individual development in a high-performance environment, while also encouraging a supportive environment in which young players can thrive.

The Tottenham Hotspur Football Club Academy counts just over 200 players as part of its programming. Its self-proclaimed vision is ‘to be one of the world’s leading football clubs renowned for a strong association with its community and a long tradition of developing young talent that plays football the ‘Tottenham Hotspur’ way’. The values of the ‘Tottenham Hotspur Standard’ are team spirit, friendship, excellence, elite player conduct, cooperation, effort, persistence, and respect.

THE CLUB: Founded in 1879, Fulham F.C. is the oldest established football team from London playing in the English football leagues. In 2010, they reached the final of the UEFA Europa League, losing only in extra time to the Spanish club Atlético de Madrid.

Tottenham Hotspur F.C. has won a major trophy in each of the past six decades, a feat only accomplished by one other club - Manchester United. In 1963 Tottenham Hotspur F.C. became the first British club to win a UEFA club competition, the European Cup Winners' Cup. One of its longest-standing rivalries is with neighboring Arsenal F.C., and the two come head to head for what is referred to as the North London Derby.

SAMPLE ITINERARY

DAY 1: Depart for London, England.

DAY 2: Arrive at London International Airport, England; Check into hotel to rest and relax; Light training session with your team coach; Attend EPL match (optional and additional cost).

DAY 3: Training session #1 with Fulham F.C. Academy coach; London sight seeing, including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and House of Parliament.

DAY 4: Training session #2 with Tottenham Hotspur F.C. Academy coach; Competitive match #1 vs. top quality English opponent.

DAY 5: Tour Chelsea F.C.’s Stamford Bridge Stadium, museum and Superstore. Lunch at Frankie’s Famous Chelsea Pub. Sightseeing in the Covent Garden and Piccadilly Area, including Lilly White’s soccer specialty store.

DAY 6: Training session #3 with Fulham F.C. Academy coach; Competitive match #2 vs. top quality English opponent.

DAY 7: Recovery training session with your team coach; Transfer to Windsor for sightseeing, including Windsor Castle and Grounds (entrance fees are not included).

DAY 8: Training session #4 with Tottenham Hotspur F.C. Academy coach; Competitive match #3 vs. top quality English opponent.

DAY 9: Tour Fulham F.C.’s Craven Cottage Stadium; London Eye private capsule ride (optional and additional cost); Attend EPL match (optional and additional cost).

DAY 10: Depart London, England.
