After many months of training and competitions, summer arrives NITWorkout and with it a new opportunity for keeping your growth as a player. Summer is the best time to invest your time in improving the technical and tactical game, even in your physical or emotional growth, which will allow you to manage the difficulties that occur throughout a season.

NITWorkout is a working concept for players who want to continue their training and specifically improve different aspects of the game.

Aligned with the work carried out in previous years, the improvement of each player is assured, working analytically different technical and tactical foundations and intense shot sessions.

NITWorkout is one of the most seek training programs to ensure the players to have a growth orientation and optimal preparation. Over all the editions, the program has grown up to be one of the first choices for the development of the players.

The participants will have an intense combination of development for their skills in the court, specific technical training, physical training, coaching, video analysis and advice on personal management. The training focuses on improving the weaknesses, strengths and achieve some resources that can be applied throughout the season.

NITWorkout divide your work into three main areas:
TECHNICAL & TACTICAL TRAINING, training technical and tactical aspects most suitable to your category:
  • Technical basis, is improved through the repetitive performance of the technical aspect to be boosted. Your coach will explain to you the best way to apply it and how to take good decisions.
  • Tactical basis the understanding of the different game situations is not an easy task, this campus will help you to better understand diferent game proposal and to take the best decision.
  • Shoot Workout, every day you will have shooting trainings.
COMPLEMENT WORKOUT, every Player will complete all the skills that they require to optimize their performance, through the CLIL learning method in English.
