Programme Description

The High Performance Clinic for the West Ham United International Academy is an intensive experience where applicants' football skills, physical fitness, strategic understanding, and overall endurance will be put to the test.
As part of the programme, participants will:

1. Train - The applicants will undergo an intense training process designed to help them improve and showcase their technical skills, physical endurance, and game understanding. This rigorous training will be conducted under the mentorship of the esteemed coaches from the West Ham United Academy. 10 hours a week of on-pitch training

2. Work with Current Academy Squad - A unique chance to train with the current players of the international academy team. This opportunity allows applicants to gain insight into the team dynamic, feel the rigours of a highperformance environment, and experience the level of professionalism required.

3. On and Off Pitch Testing - A dual testing approach to evaluate applicants' performance not just on the field but off the field as well. This includes areas like physical conditioning, ball mastery, tactical acumen, mental strength, leadership qualities, and decision-making under pressure.

By the end of this rigorous programme, qualified aspirants stand a chance to secure a spot in the upcoming term or season at the Academy

Participants should be prepared for challenging training sessions and extensive mentoring from our expert coaching staff. Off the field, expect strategic and mental workshops which will help us assess your overall resilience and game intelligence.

At the West Ham United Foundation International Academy , you won't just be showing us your skills - you'll be pushed to your max and given the tools to refine your potential. Please note that the places for the high performance clinic programme are limited. Due to the nature of this programme, the selection process is competitive. Prepare to give your best and prove why you deserve a place in our squad.
